In some cases we may be able to suggest other suitable sources of information, including links to other web sites dealing with matters affecting smaller accountancy practices and reporting requirements affecting their clients.
Technical queries relating to the practical application or interpretation of the manuals is always provided free of charge.
Most client related questions which can be answered quickly and without research will also be provided free of charge but we resreve the right to charge for research or opinions, especially where the practitioner can recharge such costs to the client. We will always agree in advance where we consider the query warrants a charge, and advice will be charged at £125 plusVAT per hour.
